Role Description

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), your primary responsibility will be:

• Promoting and opening Demat and Trading (2-in-1) accounts

• Achieving sales targets

• Acquiring new clients

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and bank branches

• Selling broking products and other BOBCAPS offerings

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Minimum: 12th Pass with 6 months of experience in financial sales

• Preferred: Graduates with experience in opening Demat/Trading accounts and broking services

Experience

• At least 6 months in Financial Services Sales

• Experience in broking product sales is highly desirable

Skills Required

• Sales & Marketing

• Excellent Communication Skills
