Eligibility Criteria
Nationality / Citizenship
Candidates must be:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962, or
- A person of Indian origin who migrated from certain countries (as detailed in the notification) with the intent of permanent settlement in India.
Age Limit (As on 01.09.2025)
- Minimum Age: 23 years
- Maximum Age: 35 years

Educational Qualification and Experience (as on 10.10.2025)
1. Credit Manager (MMGS II)
- Qualification: Graduation in any discipline with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD)
OR CA/CMA/CFA/MBA (Finance) from a recognized university/institution. - Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as a Branch Manager or in credit appraisal/processing in a scheduled commercial bank.
2. Agriculture Manager (MMGS II)
- Qualification: Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as an officer in a scheduled commercial bank in the relevant field.

Agriculture Manager:
- Managing and promoting agricultural finance

Scale of Pay & Benefits

Additional benefits include DA, HRA, CCA, Medical, LTC, and other perquisites as per bank norms.
Probation & Service Bond
- Probation Period: 1 year
- Bond Period: 2 years
- Bond Amount: Equivalent to 3 months gross salary (includes basic pay, DA, and special allowances).
