Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Must be an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in company secretarial work.

• Internship or training period will not be counted as experience.

Relevant Experience Areas

• Drafting agendas, minutes, official letters

• Conducting Board, Committee, and General Meetings

• Compliance under the Companies Act and other statutory regulations

Age Limit (as on 31.12.2025)

• Upper Age Limit: 29 years

Age Relaxation

• OBC (NCL): 3 years

• SC/ST: 5 years

• PwBD / Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India rules

• POWERGRID contractual employees: Relaxation up to 5 years (conditions apply)

Contract Period

• Initial engagement for 2 years

• Extendable by one year at a time, subject to performance

• Maximum engagement period: 5 years

Salary & Benefits

• Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – 3% – ₹1,20,000

• Initial Basic Pay: ₹30,000 per month

• Approx. Annual CTC: ₹9.96 Lakhs
