3. Counter Notification

If you believe that content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification. To be valid, a counter notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location before removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, AdSenseEarning.com has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
