1. Post Details

A. Attendant (RSETI Gopalganj)

• Nature of Employment: Contract basis for one year, renewable upon satisfactory performance.

• Age Limit: 2240 years as of the last date of application.

• Qualification:

  • Minimum 8th pass.

  • Should be fluent in the local language.

  • Must be a resident of the same district (Gopalganj).

B. Watchman-cum-Gardener (RSETI Gopalganj)

• Nature of Employment: Contract basis for one year, renewable upon satisfactory performance.

• Age Limit: 2240 years as of the last date of application.

• Qualification:

  • Minimum 7th pass.

  • Must have experience in agriculture or as a gardener.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with agricultural knowledge and physical ability to work outdoors.

  • Should be a resident of the same district (Gopalganj).

2. Roles and Responsibilities

Attendant:

• Assisting faculty and staff during training sessions.

• Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the premises.

• Supporting in administrative tasks as required.

Watchman-cum-Gardener:

• Guarding the RSETI premises.

• Maintaining the garden and surrounding greenery.

• Assisting in other physical and security duties assigned by the management.

3. Remuneration

• Fixed consolidated salary will be paid as per RSETI norms.
