Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Candidate must possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Technical Examination Board, University, or Institution established under Central or State Act.

• Note: Candidates having a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering are not eligible to apply.

• Equivalent qualifications such as Diploma in Construction Engineering, Civil Environmental Engineering, Rural Engineering, etc., are also accepted as per government norms.

• Must have basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Gujarati or Hindi.

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 18 years

• Maximum Age: 33 years

• Upper age relaxation is applicable as per government rules:

  • SEBC/SC/ST: 5 years

  • Women (General): 5 years

  • Women (Reserved): 10 years

  • PwD (General): 10 years

  • PwD (Reserved): up to 20 years (maximum 45 years in all cases)

• If fee payment fails, candidates can pay a process fee of ₹500 in person at GPSSB Gandhinagar between 7th–11th November 2025.
