Must be currently engaged as Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) with the Department of Posts as of 01.08.2025

Age Limit: 20 to 35 years (as on 01.08.2025)

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (Regular/Distance) from a recognized university or institution approved by the Government of India or a Government Regulatory Body.

Experience: No prior experience required.

The applicant should have no vigilance or disciplinary case pending and should not be serving any punishment at the time of applying.
Job Profile
The Executives will perform direct sales and related activities, contributing to IPPB’s mission of financial inclusion. Key responsibilities include:

Achieving monthly revenue targets through direct sales.

Organizing financial literacy and customer acquisition campaigns.

Assisting GDSs in lead generation and customer onboarding.
-
Coordinating with DoP Inspectors and Postmasters to drive IPPB and third-party product sales.

Supporting IPPB officers in day-to-day operations.

Developing and managing channel partnerships to achieve business goals.
Salary and Benefits

Monthly Pay: ₹30,000/- (inclusive of statutory deductions).

Increment: Annual increment and performance-based incentives may be provided.

Other Benefits: No additional allowances or bonuses will be paid.

Applicable tax deductions will be made as per the Income Tax Act.
Tenure of Engagement

Initial tenure: 1 year, extendable up to 2 additional years based on performance and organizational requirements.

The engagement is purely temporary and does not guarantee permanent absorption in IPPB.

Business performance will be reviewed every six months.

A two-year cooling-off period applies after each engagement.
Selection Process

Selection will be based on merit, determined by the percentage of marks in graduation.

In case of a tie, preference will be given based on seniority in DoP service and then date of birth.

IPPB reserves the right to conduct an Online Test if required.

Shortlisted candidates must produce a Vigilance Clearance Certificate and No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their Divisional Head during document verification.
