Officer Scale II (Manager)

• Graduation with 50% marks minimum

• At least 2 years’ experience in relevant field

• Specializations include IT, CA, Law, Treasury, Marketing, Agriculture

Officer Scale III (Senior Manager)

• Graduation with 50% marks

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a bank/financial institution officer
