Eligibility Criteria
1. Treasury Advisor

Experience: Minimum 15 years in Banking/Financial Services, with 5 years at senior level in Integrated Treasury Operations.

Desirable: Head/Incharge of Treasury in PSBs/FIs; expertise in FX settlements, TMS, SWAPS, etc.
2. Chief Risk Officer (CRO)

Education: Graduation with professional risk certifications (e.g. FRM, PRMIA); CFA, CA, CMA are desirable.

Experience: 5+ years in corporate credit/risk management (minimum 1 year in each); experience in analytics preferred.
3. Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 15 years in IT/Banking IT; 5 years at senior management level. Should have experience in financial applications, networks, cyber security, CBS, digital services, etc.
4. Company Secretary

Education: Member of ICSI; CA/ICWA/LLB desirable.

Experience: Minimum 12 years post-membership in a listed company, preferably a Bank/NBFC.
Selection Process
