Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

• Candidate must be a citizen of India.

Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025)

• 21 to 30 years (Born between 02-07-1995 and 01-07-2004).
• Age relaxations:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: 3 years after deduction of military service
  • Departmental candidates of Delhi Police: up to 40 years (UR), 43 years (OBC), 45 years (SC/ST).

Educational Qualification

• 10+2 (Senior Secondary) from a recognized board.

Driving License & Experience

• Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License.
• Candidate must have driving experience before the date of PE&MT.

Selection Process

The recruitment will be carried out in five stages:

1. Computer-Based Examination (CBE) – 100 Marks
   • General Awareness: 50 marks
   • Reasoning: 25 marks
   • Numerical Ability: 15 marks
   • General Intelligence: 10 marks
     (90 minutes duration; negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer.)
2. Physical Endurance & Measurement Test (PE&MT) – Qualifying
   • Running, long jump, and high jump standards applicable.
   • Physical standards:
     • Height – 170 cm (relaxation for reserved categories).
     • Chest – 81–85 cm (with relaxation for reserved categories).
3. Driving Test – Qualifying
   • Conducted in Heavy Motor Vehicles (bus/truck).
   • Candidates must demonstrate driving skills on the road and traffic rules knowledge.
4. Trade Test (Vehicle Maintenance Knowledge) – Qualifying
   • Basic maintenance and minor repair tasks.
5. Medical Examination & Document Verification

• Exempted: SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen, and all Female candidates.
