Educational Qualification & Experience
Each post requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and domain-specific qualifications such as:

Associate Manager (Environment & Social): PG in Environmental Management/Engineering, Social Sciences; experience in E&S safeguards, IFC/WB policies.

Associate Manager (Monitoring & Evaluation): Masters in Engg, Economics, Environment, etc.; experience in energy audits, climate policy, data analytics.

Associate Manager (Energy): Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engg; BEE-certified preferred; experience in ESCOs, energy audits, and RE projects.

Associate Manager (Climate): PG in Environment, Energy, or Climate; familiarity with GCF, national/international climate programs.
