Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university (including Integrated Dual Degree).

• Professional qualifications such as CA, ICWA, Engineering, or Medicine are also accepted.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank as of 30 April 2025.

Age Limit (as on 30 April 2025)

• Minimum: 21 years

• Maximum: 30 years

• Candidates must be born between 1 May 1995 and 30 April 2004 (inclusive).

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years

• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years

• PwBD (Gen/EWS): 10 years

• PwBD (OBC): 13 years

• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years

• Ex-Servicemen: 5 years

Selection Process

1. Online Test (Objective + Descriptive)

2. Screening of Experience Documents

4. Local Language Proficiency Test

Online Test Pattern

• Total Duration: 2.5 hours

• No negative marking in the Objective test

Interview

• Conducted for shortlisted candidates

• Maximum marks: 50

• Minimum qualifying marks to be decided by the bank

Final Merit

• Online Test: 75% weightage

• Interview: 25% weightage

Salary & Benefits

• Starting basic pay: ₹48,480 + 2 advance increments

Local Language Proficiency
