The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA), headquartered at GIFT City, Gandhinagar, has released its official notification for the recruitment of Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) posts for 2025. IFSCA is a statutory regulatory body established by an Act of Parliament to regulate financial products, services, and institutions in Indias International Financial Services Centres (IFSCs).

Vacancies

A total of 20 posts are available across different streams:

Note: Candidates must have at least 60% marks in the qualifying exam (5% relaxation for SC/ST categories).

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit (as on 25.09.2025): Maximum 30 years

• Age Relaxations:

  • SC/ST: 5 years

  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years

  • PwBD: 1015 years (as per category)

  • Ex-Servicemen: 5 years

Selection Process

The recruitment process will be conducted in three phases:

Phase I: Online Screening Test

• Two papers (100 marks each)

• Paper 1: General Awareness (Financial Sector), English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning

• Paper 2: Stream-specific MCQs (Legal/IT/General)

• Negative marking: 1/4th mark deduction

Phase II: Online Examination

• Paper 1: English (Descriptive Test  Essay, Precis, Comprehension)

• Paper 2: Stream-specific questions (Legal/IT/General)

• Aggregate Cut-off: 40%

Phase III: Interview

• Candidates shortlisted from Phase II will be called for interview.

• Weightage: Phase II (85%) + Interview (15%)

Note: IT stream candidates must clear a Coding Test before the interview stage.

Salary and Benefits

• Pay Scale: �62,500  �1,26,100 (17 years scale progression)

• Starting Gross Monthly Salary: Approx. �1,80,000/- (including allowances and NPS contribution)

• Probation: 2 years

Examination Centres

• Phase I & II Exams: Conducted in major cities across India, including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Lucknow, Gandhinagar, and others.

• Phase III Interview: Venue will be notified to shortlisted candidates.
