Job Profile
Generalist Officers (Scale II) will be responsible for:

Overall branch management, business development, and public relations
-
Achieving business and credit targets
-
Monitoring credit portfolios and recovery of NPAs
-
Sanctioning powers for lending/non-lending operations

Ensuring compliance with KYC, RBI, and bank guidelines

Organizing customer meets and managing branch operations effectively
Pay Scale & Benefits

Pay Scale: ₹64,820 – 2,340/1 – 67,160 – 2,680/10 – 93,960

Eligible for Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA/Lease rental, CCA, medical benefits, and other allowances as per rules.
