Vacancy Details

1. Retail Liabilities Department 227 Vacancies

Position: Manager Sales (MMG/S-II)

• Age Limit: 24 to 34 years

• Qualification:

  • Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline

  • Preferred: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Banking

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales within banking/financial institutions, specifically in liabilities products

2. Rural & Agri Banking Department 190 Vacancies

a) Officer Agriculture Sales (JMG/S-I) 142 Vacancies

• Age Limit: 24 to 36 years

• Qualification:

  • Mandatory: 4-year degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, Fisheries, Food Technology, Agricultural Engineering, etc.

  • Preferred: Postgraduate degree/diploma in Sales, Marketing, Agri Business, Rural Management, or Finance

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Agri Sales (preferably BFSI)

b) Manager Agriculture Sales (MMG/S-II) 48 Vacancies

• Age Limit: 26 to 42 years

• Qualification: Same as Officer Agriculture Sales

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Agri Sales (preferably BFSI)

Reservation & Relaxations

• Age relaxation for SC/ST 5 years, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) 3 years, PwD up to 15 years.

• EWS candidates must provide an Income & Asset Certificate in the prescribed format.

• Reservation for PwD as per government norms.

Pay Scale

• JMG/S-I: �48,480 �85,920

• MMG/S-II: �64,820 �93,960

Selection Process

1. Online Test (if conducted) Sections include Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude (qualifying only), and Professional Knowledge (weightage in final merit).

2. Psychometric Test / Group Discussion / Personal Interview Final selection will be based on combined scores.

Note: Minimum qualifying marks 60% (General/EWS), 55% (Reserved).
