Age Limit

• Minimum: 23 years

• Maximum: 40 years (inclusive of all relaxations)

Educational Qualification & Experience

Candidates must possess any one of the following educational pathways plus required experience:

Option A

• B.E. (Fire) from National Fire Services College (NFSC), Nagpur
  AND

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as Fire Officer or equivalent
  in PSUs/PSBs/Central Govt./State Govt./City Fire Brigade/State Fire Services/Corporate Fire Safety roles.

Option B

• B.Tech / B.E in Fire Technology/ Fire Engineering/ Safety & Fire Engineering (AICTE/UGC approved)
  AND

• 3 years relevant experience

Option C

• Bachelors degree (AICTE/UGC recognized) AND
  Divisional Officers Course from NFSC Nagpur
  AND

• 3 years relevant experience

Option D

• Bachelors degree AND
  Graduate from Institute of Fire Engineers (India/UK)
  AND

• 3 years experience

Option E

• Bachelors degree AND
  Station Officer Course from NFSC Nagpur (with 60% marks)
  AND

• 3 years experience

Option F

• Bachelors degree AND
  Sub-Officer Course from NFSC Nagpur (with 60% marks)
  AND

• 5 years relevant experience

Job Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of fire safety norms & national regulations

• Expertise in fire protection systems for high-rise buildings

• Basic computer proficiency

Contract Period

• Initial engagement for 3 years

• Extendable up to 5 years

• Renewable yearly subject to performance and bank requirements

Job Profile & Responsibilities

Fire Safety Officers will be responsible for:

• Ensuring overall fire safety of banks high-rise buildings

• Implementing banks fire safety policies

• Preparing fire orders and operational plans

• Liaising with local fire brigade

• Ensuring compliance with fire safety norms

• Supporting design of fire-safe building plans

• Conducting regular fire safety inspections
