Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (As on 01.08.2025)

• Minimum: 25 years

• Maximum: 35 years

• Age Relaxation:

  • Ex-Servicemen/1984 Riot Victims: 5 years

Educational Qualification

• Full-time 2-year MBA / MMS / PGDBA / PGDBM / PGPM / PGDM from a recognized university/institution.

• Desirable certifications: NISM / IRDAI / NCFM / AMFI

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Wealth Management in Public/Private/Foreign Banks, Broking Firms, Securities Firms, or Asset Management Companies.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for HNI clients’ banking and investment needs.

• Manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth individuals.

• Cross-sell investment and insurance products.

• Increase Total Relationship Value (TRV) and Assets Under Management (AUM).

• Conduct financial needs analysis and risk profiling.

• Ensure timely documentation and transaction execution.

• Organize investment and insurance awareness programs.

Selection Process

Depending on the number of applications, the selection may involve one or more of the following stages:

• Probation: 2 years
