Baroda Swarojgar Vikas Sansthan (BSVS) Trust has released a notification for the recruitment of outsourced staff in RSETI Aravalli (Rural Self Employment Training Institute) on a contractual basis. Applications are invited for multiple posts including In-House Faculty, Office Assistant, Office Attender, and Watchman-cum-Gardener. The last date for receipt of applications is October 10, 2025.
This recruitment aims to strengthen the functioning of RSETIs by providing professional and support staff to train and guide rural youth in entrepreneurship, self-employment, and skill development programs.

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 20.09.2025):
- Minimum: 22 years
- Maximum: 40 years
Educational Qualification & Requirements:
1. In-House Faculty
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline (Science/Commerce/Arts).
- Preference for MSW/MA (Rural Development, Sociology, Psychology), B.Sc. (Veterinary/Horticulture/Agriculture/Agri Marketing), or B.A. with B.Ed.
- Must have teaching skills, computer knowledge, good communication in local language; fluency in Hindi/English is an advantage.
- Previous teaching/training experience preferred.
2. Office Assistant
- Graduate (BSW/BA/B.Com) with computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of basic accounting preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, Internet.
- Fluency in local language essential; Hindi/English is an added advantage.
3. Office Attender
- Must be Matriculate (10th Pass).
- Ability to read and write local language preferred.
4. Watchman-cum-Gardener
- Minimum 7th Pass.
- Experience in agriculture/gardening/horticulture desirable.
Salary Structure
- In-House Faculty �30,000 per month (with annual increment up to �40,000) + allowances (FCA �2,500, Mobile �300, EPF, ESI, Gratuity).
- Office Assistant �20,000 per month (with annual increment up to �27,500) + allowances (FCA �2,000, Mobile �300, EPF, ESI, Gratuity).
- Office Attender �14,000 per month (with annual increment up to �19,000) + allowances (FCA �1,000, Mobile �300, EPF, ESI, Gratuity).
- Watchman-cum-Gardener �12,000 per month (with annual increment up to �16,000) + allowances (FCA �800, Mobile �300, EPF, ESI, Gratuity).
Annual performance incentives are also applicable for all posts.
Selection Process
- Written Test For Faculty and Office Assistant (General Knowledge & Computer Skills).
- Personal Interview For all posts.
- Demonstration/Presentation For Faculty to assess teaching and communication skills.
Shortlisted candidates will be called based on eligibility and merit.
Contract Details
- Contract period: 3 years (renewable annually based on performance).
- Leave entitlement: 12 Casual Leave, 10 Privilege Leave, 10 Sick Leave per year, Maternity Leave (as per rules), Paternity Leave (15 days per child).
- One-month notice (or salary in lieu) required for discontinuation of contract by either party.
