• Subordinate court or High Court employees: 5 years or number of years of service (whichever is less)

• Maximum age limit with relaxation shall not exceed 45 years under any category

Selection Process

1. Written Examination (Objective Type – MCQs): 100 Marks

   • Duration: 2 hours

   • Negative Marking: 0.33 mark per wrong/multiple answer

   • Minimum Qualifying Marks: 50%

2. Viva-voce Test (Oral Interview): 40 Marks

   • Minimum Qualifying Marks: 40%

   • Only candidates qualifying the written test will be called for interview

3. Final Selection

   • Based on aggregate marks of the Written Test (60% weightage) and Interview (40% weightage)
